A VPS, or Virtual Private Server, is a virtual computer that acts like a dedicated server but runs on shared physical hardware. It provides you with your own isolated resources (CPU, memory, storage), full admin access, and predictable performance, without paying for a full physical server.
We do not support automated upgrades at the moment, but you can request upgrade in a support ticket.
We welcome migrations from other hosting providers, however, in the most cases you can't just copy and paste your VPS image. Most likely you will need to deploy your server again. If you have a disk image, we can try to use it for your VPS deployment, but the success is not guaranteed. We can also provide paid deployment assistance.
